Hi I'm having trouble with my 5700 xt graphics card, I get constant screen tearing on WARZONE and most AAA games. The card itself isn't even a year old. It's not overclocked just standard. any help would be appreciated.

That has nothing to do with the computer (most probably) but with your monitor. What monitor do you use? Note that your graphics card uses the "AMD Radeon FreeSync technology" to eliminate tearing, a technology not supported by all monitors. For example, I had to buy a monitor that supports G-Sync technology for my RTX 2060. So, tell us first what monitor you use and if your video drivers are updated.

I would check your thermals on the CPU, that cooler is nowhere near suitable for the chip.
