If I was to order a laptop on pay monthly bases
What would be the shortest period to pay ?
I know there's 2/3 year ones but what if i wanted to do it in 1 year?

I think you can clear your debt at any time, within the first 12 months you don't need to pay any interest only an administrative fee.

Yes you can, which is what I'm also thinking about doing.

Pay 11 monthly payments and then settle the remaining balance before the end of the 12th month, which means you won't incur the dreaded interest. The monthly payments will roughly shade off a third of the original cost if you did this, but you can work this out yourself as the online quotes include the monthly cost and the deposit if you were to opt for the finance route.
