New member here.
Firstly, i have to admit that although i've just ordered a new pc it wasn't from here

It was a close run thing though, in the end i stuck with what i know even though they seem to get slated on all the forums for their reliability and shocking customer service (not mentioning any names but it starts with M...)
In fact you could say i feel like i've made the wrong decision but hey ho too late now.

I just wanted to say that this forum looks excellent, i love the way the mods get involved with speccing systems preorder and troubleshooting problems afterwards.

I've learnt a lot while i've been browsing the last couple of weeks - i won't be cheeky enough to ask for advice on here though.

Yep, this forum is excellent and atleast the next time you know which place to order your PC from! I chose PC Specialist due to the excellent reviews, good prices and also the friendly community here swayed me instantly. Theres nowhere else better IMO for the all round package.

Hi Freeley, I'm glad to hear you're finding the forums useful.

By all means feel free to get involved - you don't have to purchase a computer from PCS to do this. As these forums are an unofficial channel for support it's really down to the discretion of the contributor whether they decide to help out or not.

That said we don't check other companies computers but we will compare them to a PCS system. Giving out general advice is never a problem though.

Thanks chaps - yes it is Mesh, wasn't sure if i was allowed to mention it though!
The more i read this forum the more i wish i had gone PCS but like i say too late now, i get the feeling this pc won't be lasting me 6 years if the other forums are to be believed so you never know.

On the Mesh forum there is only one mod and he's gone into hiding so gives you an idea of how good they are

Think i'll probably be spending more time on here than there - keep up the good work.
