You could add a usb 3 PCI card but your motherboard will support it anyway, so unless you have a whole lot of devices you need to plug in i would skip it. Your motherboard is pretty high end, so i would be surprised if it had less than 4 usb 3.0 ports built in, and maybe more that can be connected to those built into the case on the front (if you case supports it).

Overall it makes sense as a total built. I would change a couple of details myself.

Get a 120GB 520 series SSD, when i last checked they were the same price as a 20GB cache drive. That way you can install your main applications + windows onto that. They will then run fast and use your 2 x 2TB HDD's just for storing data. With a proper SSD you get to install what you like on it, so your in charge of what loads quickly and exactly when to keep or delete data from it.

I would drop the bullguard free trial unless you plan to use it, i find AVG or avast is prefectly up to the job of antivirus. No point having bullguard installed if your going to remove it anyway.

The rest is spot on for me, enjoy it.
