Hi whats happening to my computer

Its been on pre production for way longer than a week I did request this computer was wanted URGENTLY infact its been in that position since 28/09/2010??? Any chance of speeding things up or at least giving me an explanation over the phone???

If you did not order fast track then im afraid all you can do is wait. You will receive email notifications everytime the build moves into the next stage of production.

As a made to order item, there is no way we can give an absolute guarantee on lead time. Your pc has been built and will progress through testing and qc relatively quickly.
