Hey everyone, greetings from Poland!

Let's not beat around the bush, I joined to ask you these questions as I'm seeking for your help. I'm a Software Engineer, but also I'm a gamer. In the near future I'm going to start building Machine/Deep learning solutions. In the beginning I would like to train my models on my local premises. In addition I love how the custom water cooling looks like (especially with the hardline tubing and colorful coolant), and that's why I decided to go with water cooling. From gaming point of view I expect, that such a PC is going to last till services like Stadia are mature enough to use them (5y hopefuly). I do not mind yearly maintenance, I think that I can learn how to do it. Couple questions to PCSpecialist/active users:

- Does PCSpecialist ship to Poland, and in a case of any failures, how is guarantee handled?
- Is the PC already assembled when it arrives, or do I have to do it by myself?
- Could you help me with the PC specification, please? My budget is 6000USD (+/-500) (w/o VAT) [I would like to have a quick drive, rtx 3090, an option to easily extend my RAM, perhaps 2x32GB, to in the future add 2x32GB - does it make sense?)
- Is such a Water Cooling loop, which looks nice also good for what I need, or any other water cooling is a better choice?

Cheers!

PC's are assembled upon arrival; you'll just need to run the Windows updates until no more are available.

Also I'd recommend you let Windows handle the driver updates except for the RTX3090 - get the latest RTX drivers from the vendors site.
