Here is one that most of you probably know but would be interesting to see if some people don't. If you click the pcspecialist name/logo on the very top left of the page, you will go to the forum index page. Most of you probably know this, just thought it would be interesting to see who doesn't! Am surprised some of you didn't get the link to the main site!

A couple of things I have found in the past 6 months. To submit a post or pm. You can press alt + s

I also found out that you can open windows explorer by holding the windows key and pressing e. To make programs fit the screen, you know, when the window spreads to all sides. You can hold the windows key and press up. To enlarge text in ms word, highlight the text and press ctrl + ] or [ depending whether you want to increase/ decrease the font size. How about a sticky on shortcuts for forums/windows 7?

Yes, corfate, was told that one by my friend a little while ago. I seem to right click the taskbar though.

on chrome press ctrl, shift and N.

corfate taught me that. :)

That always reminds me of that internet explorer advert, with that man buying his girlfriend an engagement ring? Every man in the world knows it's only good for one thing, and one thing only.. Starts with P, ends in N, and it's not popcorn. :D

Also Musicguy, ctrl+shift+esc is useful when the whole pc has frozen, if you can't get to the taskbar :p

That is a good point, I had always done it through ctrl alt delete but I didn't think of it that way!

Yes, I do love the things they say for incognito browsing. 'buying a birthday present' and beware of people standing behind you. Got to love google's humour don't you'

If you want real fun try: ALT+CTRL+Down Arrow

We do that to our teachers at school, it's amusing seeing them trying to figure out why their screens have turned upside down :p

We used too, until school somehow blocked it -.-

Yes, that was common practice in our school as well! One history teacher even turned the whole screen upside down then went to get it help so we switched it back. The it guy wasn't too impressed, he walked halfway across the school for nothing and he isn't the smallest of guys lol! It doesn't seem to work on win 7 or win 2008 server. The server may have it disabled. I do know you can change the orientation in control panel for win 7 though.

Sadly the new computers at my school have had it disabled. But they have kindly allowed the Catalyst Control Center to be freely accessed :) Fun Fun Fun!

That is probably high contrast which is on accessibility. We can still do that, it truely does provide entertainment when you get someone who leaves their account logged on by accident. However, whatever you do, you can't beat a good old fraping lol!!!

More useful shortcuts (since a bunch were mentioned after I'd already gone to bed last night) that might not be known to people:
Windows+Break - it takes you directly to the sytems screen
Windows+D - desktop
Windows+L - locks the pc
