Horrible fps issues on new PC

Hello all, would really appreciate any help as i am lost and very disappointed right now. Recently purchased this and I am aware that the 3050 is not high end but even on the lowest settings I can’t consistently reach 60 fps and in many cases don’t even get close to it on many games i.e Fortnite, Counter Strike etc. Have tried re installing windows and making sure absolutely everything is up to date and tech support was little help. I would very much like to avoid having to return PC so if anyone could work a miracle for me I would be over the moon. Specs are as stated below:

There's an awful lot of things we wouldn't recommend here mate

1 Stick of RAM first off will cripple performance in any machine so that's the first stand out

Two small storage drives, storage drives tend to slow down quite a lot as they fill up, having two small drives suggests they'll fill up very fast and very easily. This will affect performance

Norton Antivirus is basically a virus you willingly put on your machine, it is BRUTAL to every day performance of any machine. Get it removed ASAP this will only work with their official installer so make sure it uninstall it via their official uninstall tool from their website. Even that sometimes doesn't fully get rid it of and the system will need a complete refresh by reinstalling windows and wiping all your drives. Yeah Norton is that bad

Last thing that could be affecting performance is your monitor, can you let us know what monitor you are using?

And not forgetting the office PC grade PSU in what I'm guessing is supposed to be a gaming machine
