What is the budget for the full system (including monitor and any accessories)?

What price did that spec come to?

What monitor are you gaming on? (the one in the spec..? or another one?)

Do you have any other uses besides straight up gaming? e.g. video editing (if so, what software), streaming to Twitch, other specific software?

At the moment the spec looks poorly balanced and I think you'll be able to get something much more rounded for your money.

The case and the GPU look like reasonably sound choices depending on use. Haven't seen that case before, looks the part.

I'm not a fan of micro builds at all but I understand their necessity at times. I would never pair a 9900k with a micro build though. It seems very v12 in a mini kind of thing. Fun... but useless.

ATX build gives you more upgrade options.
The case is actually not all that much bigger than the "Nano" S in the "mini" build. Which shouldn't be surprising because if you want a load of high end desktop components in a system, it's gonna take a certain amount of space up.

32gb RAM's a waste
Larger, better quality, more efficient PSU, especially useful for future upgrades.
i9's just not necessary or really beneficial at this budget level
A high refresh rate monitor is beneficial for competitive shooters

You can stream on a 9700k to some degree.
You might consider waiting for AMD's Zen 2 CPUs coming out early next month, especially if you think streaming is a real possibility.
