How is after-sales service?

Hi. I was thinking of building my own PC, but may end up going with the 'easier' option of having pcspecialist.co.uk to do it for me - I built my last PC but that was years ago and I am not 100% confident of fitting together such expensive components any more. (Coward!!).

Can anyone who has had a PC built by PCSpecialist and had a problem with it during the time of the warranty (I opted for 3 yr. platinum) kindly report on how efficiently or otherwise it was dealt with? What was the turn around time - was the fault resolved; did PCS get back in touch quickly?.. that sort of thing!

Many thanks for any feedback. Want to be sure I am going with the right company before I spend nearly £2000 here!

This forum is chock full of such scenarios (insert quote about users with problems being more likely to post). take a stroll into the desktop support forum and look at some of the threads while you are waiting for responses here.
