How to enable TPM2.0 in order to update to Windows 11

I have run the PC Health Check from Microsoft in order to determine whether I can upgrade this PC to Windows 11. It says that "TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled on this PC. I have followed the advice at

which seems to indicate that this machine does have TPM 2.0, but that it is not enabled. Can you please confirm (from the spec below) whether or not this is indeed the case, and if so how I should go about enabling TPM 2.0? I have tried entering the BIOS as per the instructions on the Microsoft link above, but I cannot find anything resembling any of the various names suggested for the option I am looking for. Assistance with specific instructions for this PC would be very much appreciated.

You just need to enable ftpm in the BIOS

If it's not there you'd need to buy a TPM module for the motherboard
