How to install my own HDD/SSD into a Vortex 3?

im thinking of buying my own hard drive for a Vortex 3 i have yet to order. i'd like to know if anyone can help/instruct me on how to install one and which drive would be a good choice? im looking to get a drive with a capacity above 500gb, as my primary drive will be a 120GB INTEL 330 SERIES SSD. also, would adding the drive affect my warranty.

Adding components to your laptop will not void your warranty unless the new components cause a problem.

Installing an SSD is very straight forward and you can look at youtube videos or seek assistance from PCS to do it. When I ordered the Intel 330 SSD, it came with very clear instructions on what to do.
