Overall spec seems decent.

I'd have suggested dropping the M.2 SSD as it's small, relatively slow, and a bit of a waste of an M.2 slot.

The better thermal paste isn't really worth it either since you're only going with a stock cooler. If you were going to spend more on cooling, I'd probably suggest a better cooler first, and then worry about the paste. But the stock cooler and stock paste will do fine for now.

You could invest what you save into a better motherboard like thew B350-F which has USB 3.1, more expansion and upgrade options, better onboard sound, and unlike the A320 series supports overclocking. You can easily add an SSD as a future upgrade.

Alternatively, you could keep the cheaper mobo and switch the M.2 SSD to a 256gb PM961.
