HTC 8X Screen repair

Hi there

I recently replaced my lcd on my htc 8x windows phone

Everything seemed to be fine for a while.

then i noticed when sending a message i tap for the keyboard. It pops up for a couple of seconds then disappears again.

What could i have done when replacing the screen to cause this?
