For the games you've mentioned, you need about £3500 to get good performance at full settings at 1080p.

Why are you looking to replace a 3060 with a 3060? Doesn't make sense lol
I just said it will fine but at reduced settings
Forza and MSFS are 2 of the hungriest ones in existence.
If you're happy with reduced settings then fine, if you want high with ray tracing, you need some serious power.
I wont be playing them often, the main games i will be playing are Fortnite, COD MW2, Overwatch, and Rocket league. Will those be able to run at 120FPS?

Yes, easy. But will suck in MSFS, Forza
It doesn't matter how often you're playing them, if you state I want a build for these games at high settings with ray tracing, then that's what we build to. Doesn't matter if you're playing it once in 30 years or every day 24/7, still has to be able to play at what's requested.
Okay thats perfect, one last question, Will i be able to upgrade my CPU and GPU later on if new games come out which require higher settings?

As already stated, yes, although you'll be limited at the GPU end by the PSU on some top tier cards, but again, at your budget, there's nothing you can do about that.

If I were you though, I would save up a little bit extra to get to this and then all you would need would be a GPU upgrade, but then the 4000 series nvidia cards will be out which would be a far better investment than getting a 3060 which is already 2 years old.

I dont have a GPU i sold my old PC and replaced it with a bad laptop
I will buy this computer then and upgrade my GPU later
