The DVD is built into the chassis. There's usually a small rectangular button on it. Are you saying you can't find it, or you think you have found it but can't open it?

As for the Webcam, it may need the Hotkey or Control Centre software to work. Check your main PC Specialist account for the downloads section.

Or get the Clevo chassis model number from the underside of your laptop and get Hotkey / control centre off the Clevo site directly.

When you reinstalled Windows from where did you source all the drivers?

Most WebCams need 3rd party software to run. Where are you trying to "find" it?
With the DVD-Player...... can you physically see it? Where are you trying to find it?
