i can't log in to my account??

i tried logging into my account to track my order from another laptop in another country, but my log in failed. i tried the "forgotten password" option and a message came up saying my email address was not found on the pcspecialist data base. can anyone please help me out with this? all reply's are much appreciated. thank you!

The email address you are using for the forums if different to the one registered for your account with PCS. Try using your hotmail address
