I have stopped receiving queue updates

The last daily queue update for my PC was received on the 3rd/4th Feb. As it has been 17 working days without my PC going into the building phase, I'm obviously quite interested in keeping up to date. Is this a technical error on PCS's end?

Your best bet would be to contact PCS directly as they don't always frequent the forums and might not see this thread to respond themselves.
