Ok I'm having a problem with iCUE in that lighting on the motherboard and GPU keeps stopping working even though iCUE still sees them ok ascan be seen from the attached screenshot, they were working fine then stopped after waking the PC, I tried a repair of iCue which seemed to work for a while, but then they stopped again

Hi mate,

I had an issue with iCue conflicting with Armoury Crate especially on the GPU lighting. Open on Armoury Crate and have a nosy there to make sure it doesn't have any start up privileges, I can't remember exactly what it was I did but I know Armour Crate was overriding iCue somehow. Fixed it for me and I had basically an identical problem with iCue no correctly displaying the colour I wanted

Was going to say the same as above. There's a very high probability it's a conflict between the software. Think about when you have multiple AVs on a system.... same thing :D

The solution would be to leave it off martin ;) in all seriousness tho I had similar issue with msi version of armory crate and icue running at same time and choose to just run icue and had no problems since

PS.... who sang "Purple Rain" in their head..... Just me???? OK!
I was waiting for someone to come up with that :ROFLMAO: (y)

Yeah I've having a bit of a read around and come to the conclusion that its a software conflict so armoury crate will go, however i also gather it can be a bit of a bugger to get rid of completely, so once i've got the Berserker back up and running (installing that RGB GPU extension cable etc) I'll uninstall armoury crate using rev uninstaller.

Oh and for the record @AgentCooper , yes it is PCS build and here's the spec - minus a few of the drives it has in it now:

Pardon my ignorance. Does Armoury Crate come pre-installed?

Actually, just googled it. Looks like it's linked to the ROG motherboards which I don't have on order.

Is the Aura lighting enabled in the BIOS, I'm sure I turned mine off at some point when I saw it glowing whilst the machine was powered down (but still plugged in and switch on at the PSU).

I've sort of got something now, everything is working, but not all controllable from iCUE
