I'm concerned about the connections/ports above the vent on Optimus 2

Hi, folks!
I am quite warmed up to the idea of puchasing Optimus 2, the 17" one. It is a great machine, great specs, from the great company and team of people.
However, one thing keeps me up at nights. :) When you check the left side of Optimus 2(both 15 and 17 inch ones) you'll notice that on top of the vent are few ports (usb 2.0, eSata, usb 3.0). Now, I know that Optimus 2 manages heat quite well for such a powerfull laptop, bu one place it can not save from high temps is the vent and area around it... While the heat might not be seeping through all the way up to reach the surface of the keyboard on the left side, the fact is that it is just few milimeteres from those tiny lines that connect these ports to the motherboard... I've heard on few occasions how the connections to some ports loosened/melted due to the high temps inside the laptops... And these ports can not get any closer to the vent/its temps, can they? I might be too pesimistic, but I just think Clevo might have not thought it through when they've designed the case like that. Or did PcSpecialist somehow additionally isolate the wiring from the vent's heat?

There's nothing to worry about here - the heat coming from this vent is no where near enough to melt components or cause any reason to be worried. If it was that hot you'd burn your hand when you touhed the vent and that just wouldn't be right :)
