Not often I am impressed but the PC that was delivered last week has done that. I know my old machine was 7 years old but it did its job and I only decided to replace it due to it running programmes a bit to slow for the modern way of life. It still worked and will act on the home network as a place to store back ups of the files I wish to store. No screen or operating system ordered as I already have those and I went for the on-board Graphics card until I know what I require from the machine. So far it seems adequate for the use I am putting it to but I am not into gaming. Will get back into DTP and probably some web page writing but I may be editing some Videos shortly to do with my hobby. That will be when I "May" require a better Graphics card but like most of us here- I had to cut the price on a few things.
But tonight tried some of my DTP work and it is a lot of drag and drop and the refresh rate on the screen did mean that I had plenty of time for Coffee breaks on the old machine. Not now----So thank you PCS for cutting my caffeine intake.
And as I said--I am impressed.
