In Testing - Problem - Can't find the issue?

Hey guys,

I've just checked the order status of my Laptop and it's saying In Testing - Problem. I can't see what the problem is? I've tried calling but no answer in over 90 minutes. (Currently at work) Does it normally state what the issue is when there is a problem? I'll have to try emailing PCS.

No, its doesn't normal state what the problem is (least it didn't last I knew), it'll just mean it hit an issue in testing and they will try and find the issue and fix it as soon as they can.
