Install Windows 7 without a cd ?

Hi, I'm buying the 15.6" Genesis IV with an 250GB hard drive and a 2nd hard drive optical bay caddy, instead of the optical drive. Im not buying Windows as I already have a W7 cd that can be used on 3 different computers. I am also buying an SSD from a different site in which I want to install W7 on. I will put the HHD into the optical drive bay and the SSD into the place of the HDD. So my question is if I can install W7 on my SSD, without using a CD.

I have done some research and found out that many people install the OS from a USB. They changed the DVD into an image and then transfered it onto the USB and booted the system from the USB and entered their key. Can I carry out the same procedure with the Genesis IV ??

Little bit more involved than simply copying an ISO to a USB stick, but still very simple.

By far the easiest way is to use Microsoft iso to usb tool. Obviously you will need a Windows iso, simply run the program and it will create a bootable instillation file on your usb stick. Its very easy. Here's a link.
