Installing Windows 7 on Raid 0 drive

I just bought a laptop with 2 hard drives. Unfortunately PC Specialists didn't ask me and so they installed everything on AHCI SATA mode. I wanted the boot drive mirrored using RAID 1, which I setup, however Windows 7 won't install on it. I loaded the RAID driver during process (which had to be unzipped separately - not very clever!), created new partition & formated drive but each time I get the message: "(Windows 7) Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition. See the log file for more info" Can anyone advise?
I tried to load each driver separately, recreate and reformat each time to no avail.

Thanks

You're best calling our tech support to solve this issue. We don't offer RAID configurations on our laptops at the moment, but it sounds like the RAID is not setup correctly, or that you're trying to install on the wrong partition.
