I have just seen a press release from Intel regarding a serious
design flaw with all new "Sandy Bridge" chipsets.

Obviously this will affect my order and any Sandy Bridge order you
have shipped. Can you please advise what will happen? I obviously do
not want to take delivery of something that has a design flaw as I'm
sure you can imagine.

We are aware of the recent press statement from Intel and are currently in the process of contacting all customers who have been/will be affected. As you will know, there will be a lot customers to get in touch with - those who already have their PC & those who's orders are passing through Production. I can assure you that we are dealing with this issue as a matter of urgency and we'd appreciate your pateince whilst we deal with it.
