Having dealt solely with a well known (for all the wrong reasons) and often useless computer supplier and after my last laptop was broken and the warranty wasn't honoured (it was 5 months old and the problem was a well known one according to their forum.!!! (I'm not bitter)) naturally I looked for a replacement and I was suggested to give you guys a try, I am very happy I did, I'm like a kid in a candy shop apparently. I didn't upgrade the hard drive as only purchased to new SSD's for the other pile of ^&*% so popped them in, installed windows 7 ultimate and off I go, runs like a dream and playing my favourite tank game is marvellous.
I will admit I was dubious but the whole experience has been first class, from placing the order to being kept informed to having the item delivered everything was top notch. It is a very pleasing and happy experience to have people not only keep you informed but answer any questions and give actual opinions instead of just trying to squeeze every penny out of you (Couldn't decide between 780m or 8970m)
