Ionico 10th Gen Gaming/Control Center

Hello,

I have a Ionico laptop and i recently did a windows clean install.
Now i cannot install the Gaming/Control Center - i did install all drivers from Download section from my PC Specialist account and did all windows updates.
When i install w11_Control Center 3.1.39.0.zip it does not work. Called PCS and they did a remove session but could not find a compatible version.

Can someone please provide me with the app ? I think i had 3.1.23 or something like that.
w11_Control Center 3.1.39.0.zip this version seems to be for 11th gen and AMD

PCS are the only ones with access to drivers, they would never say they didn’t have a compatible one, I know that for a fact.

The only time they’d refuse support is if you don’t have a valid account ownership, if that’s the case we can’t help either.

Sorry to be suspicious but looking back over your threads you’ve repeatedly asked for people to give you control center since your first post with the ionico here:

The link you’ve posted also has nothing to do with PCS which further supports my theory.

It’s not permitted to share drivers on the forum, the only place they’re available is in your account, if there’s an issue with them, you need to speak with PCS, but if you’re not a PCS customer, you’re not eligible for support and you need to contact the SI you bought it from

I dont know what theories are you testing.. but i am here to ask for a version of CC because PCS version available on my account for download, does not work. I had a remote session with a technician from PCS and he could not find the version i previously had and all versions they have are for Intel 11th Gen and Above + ADM 4000... My laptop is Intel 10th Gen. Each time i install the one from my PCS account, the laptop stops working (the screen is off and device manager does not recognize neither the laptop screen nor the Intel Graphics) - i need to use an external monitor and do a UEFI Firmware Reset in ordere to get the screen back working.

I do have a valid account.

Can you help me with the sw ? or anyone ?

These are my drivers for my laptop - the only problematic one is w11_Control Center 3.1.39.0 [link removed by Steaky360] - the laptop does not work if I install it..
I did email PCS as well... hopefully they can find the version for Intel 10th Gen Ionico

No, as already said, you need to speak with PCS. It’s against forum rules to supply driver on this site for a very good reason.

You need to speak with PCS, it’s nonsense that they don’t have a valid version, they would never say that. They have all the versions because they are a tong fang distributor and they fully support systems for many years. They will have access to the tong fang repository which will have all driver versions since it was released.

So then it begs the question, why stay on windows 10? Windows 10 is very close to end of life anyway and there's no benefit to it over 11 these days.

I am on windows 11 .. sorry i didnt specify this
So that chassis fully supports windows 11, without any issue.

The control center installs fine, but your saying controls for cpu and gpu don’t work.

This is a very different issue to what you posted initially.

When you say the controls don’t work, what do you mean?

And how did you install windows? What method, and what made you reinstall?

Well, on the previous CC version i could set the max GPU temp to 75 for example and when gaming COD, the GPU temp was staying at max 75. This does not work anymore and some options are not even available, the option is not even available and GPU temps are going 90+.

I created a media USB using windows app and then set to boot from the USB.
Did a partition format for C drive and then installed windows 11.
After installation, did all updates from windows update and then installed the Gaming Center from PCS Account. After the Gaming Center is installed, the app does not work, it does not even open.

After this i had a remote session with PCS via simplehelp and they experienced the same thing ... we tried like 2-3 times to install it but each time it failed. They provided me with a older version - this one can be installed and the app runs but none of the CPU/GPU settings work.

Now PCS are trying to find the last know compatible version 3.1.23.0
