Ionico 17 Power Button issue

Hi people, I have a issue with my power button. When I open my laptop and press the power on button, it lags somehow. I have to press a few times before a reaction takes place. Its not like the button is broken or so, more like it lags somehow in software. I tried often to press on same spot with same strength. It needs 3 press to start. Anyone with same issue or an Idea how to fix?

That sounds very much like a hardware problem to me. I would phone PCS and talk it through with them.

Hi CMOTO, I have same issue the power button sucks got to hold on to it for quite long time to power it up.
Some times 1-3 attempts. Can this be fixed.

Calling PCS is your best option too.

They will say , send it back bruhhh I need my Laptop all day xD

But I will try, maybe they can send me a replacement button or so

Of course they may want it back. Do you want it fixed or not?

Beware that if you try and fix it yourself and you break anything then your warranty may be voided.
