Hey,

I brought this Laptop on 30-06-2011 and its done well so far. I know the GPU is in a custom bracket for that card, but I wanted to know if its possible to upgrade the graphics card as this really is the only bottleneck I have. As the laptop was built here I was hoping someone could give me an idea on what I can do to upgrade the GPU. As this is a custom built laptop in a fairly big case, I would hope this is a possibility.

Here are the specs:

I really doubt it is possible due to the age of the chassis and probably no bios upgrade available. You may want to consult PCS directly.

Doesn't it have a second slot by the looks of your description? You might also be able of getting a second one and putting them into an SLI

I don't think they can. I contacted them to see if they would offer upgrades for future hardware (and even to service my laptop in general) and they said it isn't possible. It's worth asking them regardless.
