That looks as though its trying to boot from the dvd drive, move the ssd up to position oneBoot priority looks like this. Thanks for this guys, I appreciate the help.

possibly add dead CMOS battery to the above as something caused that wrong system date and timeOk, my current thoughts then are (only one of which may apply)
1) the SSD has died, not enough to not be recognised, but enough that it wont boot
2) the UEFI settings may have gone iffy - in the screenshot where it shows the boot priority what does it show in the UEFI settings bit
3) something has gone really weird with your Windows installation
4) gremlins!
