Could some please confirm if there warranty is transferable ? I have looked in t&c and there is no mention if it is or if it is not?! Maybe there should be? Any help is appreciated thanks

I don't believe it does transfer at all, it is basically tied to you.
Many warranties are like that, for a start if warranties were transferable it'd be very tricky to work out if the person who said they had a warranty actually did or not if they weren't the original owner, especially since all the PCS PC's are custom built so are unique and people can add/remove components at will so are not easily traceable.

Good point Rakk thanks for quick reply. Was thinking of buying a 6month old laptop with extended warranty but if it can not be used think I might just go ahead with a new one.
