Is the intake fan on the side of the PC?

Hi, I have a default PC case and it doesn't have any holes in the front of the PC, but I know the back is an exhaust vent. The only other holes are at the side of the PC case, is this the intake vent? I want to put a dust filter but I need to make sure it is the correct vent. The relevant specs are:
