I sugest to get Amd ryzen procesor and 2x8gb of ram with 3200mhz , also m.2 ssd intel which is x3faster than yours samsung 1tb..

for Nvidia rtx 2070super you need good monitor 2D (2560 x 1440) and 144hz, if you have at home nonitor 60hz 1080 than nvidia 1070 will do

Is the monitor that you have, if you know. is it a... 1080p / 1440p / 4K, 60hz / 120hz/ 144hz/ 165hz/ 240hz, so that those that can help you out, can give advice on you're build.
