I will mostly be using this system for browsing the web, listening to music, occasional movie, playing WoW (hopefully max settings), a bit of Photoshop and After Effects.

Also, is a 450watt PSU enough to run this system without worry? My budget is around £700 ish.

Thanks.

You'd be better with 1333mhz RAM if you're not overclocking (which you shuoldn't be with that case and without the titan fenrir) and you'd be fine with 4GB but since 8GB fits to your budget and you'll be using photoshop it's a good idea. I'd upgrade the case the coolermaster elite one to keep things cool when playing W.O.W. on max settings but apart from that it looks ok. The power supply will be fine with the components you currently have there.

The 1600mhz is only £1 dearer? I swore it was more earlier? :S Is it not safe to run the 1600mhz or something?

This is the build now:

It's £12.00 more expensive at 4GB but it does seem to be only £1.00 more at 8GB which seems a bit odd (maybe a specification error?). It is more unstable if you're not overclocking and won't benefit you with 9-9-9-27 timings.
