Issues with overclocking

Hi guys,

I need help. I've been running this system (below is the breakdown) for few years now and didn't had any bigger issues with it so far.

However recently when booting I got a message that overclocking has failed. I haven’t touched any of the settings so not sure what happened. I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to things like that so bear with me.

If I go and say set a gamers preset in bios it will fail to boot. I then have to unplug it from the power and when I boot in the startup screen in will have 1200 mhz next to 'speed' and when the system is loaded I can definitely feel the lack of power.

Can somebody give me any advice on how to go about the situation? Is there any other settings that I can set in the bios that would let me use the pc in its full power again?

This is the system:
