Also probably the most extreme case of GPU diminishing returns since the last time someone bought a Titan card just to game with (but at least they didn't hit 3-4K... ah, the good old days)
What are we talking about here... an even bigger MSRP jump plus even more scalp tax on top for what, a 10 fps lead over the last top card requiring remortgaging or organ donation to procure?

And this increasingly closer to lower prices for the already existing range and the launch of the next one. Madness.
At this point imo it's only really wise to spend profligately on any GPU if you have none or money is fancy paper. A gen or two old can wait, unless one really needs to upgrade their resolution from what served for it so far.

My 2070 super does the job for me
