What sort of monitor (resolution / refresh rate) will you be using with it? Is it mainly just vanilla Minecraft you'll be using it for, or Minecraft with RTX or shader mods etc? What budget do you have?

The Intel CPU you've picked is 10th gen, so quite long in the tooth now 12th gen is out (and 12th gen is getting very good reviews compared to the previous ones so may be worth considering if it's within your budget). 120mm AIO coolers aren't ideal so may be worth looking at 240mm or above.

Thanks. My son will be using RTX Shaders and is getting a 27 inch 1080 monitor refreshing at 144Hz.
Is the problem with the 120 the noise?

As @Alltruism says, you can do much better for your money. Here's something about £50 cheaper that would be significantly better than that build for the long term. To do either this or your original build justice, you should get a 1440p 144Hz display, rather than a 1080p one. Particularly at 27", the quality just won't be very good.
