There should be control center running in the task bar where the up arrow is? All the RGB settings are in there.

Have you reinstalled windows or anything since you've had it?
i havent i dont think? it got updated but not reinstalled. just got it the other day. it was like this before we updated it though (which is why we updated it, seeing as there was one recommended by system and were hoping it would solve problems)

So you need to install that update, then check in GeForce experience for any graphics driver updates.

Once that's all applied, restart the laptop.

If it's still not showing the LED settings correctly, you'll need to contact PCS and see if they've got an update for control center.

What would I do if I have just reinstalled Windows? I don’t have the Control Centre app as well. Do I need to download it from somewhere?

It's on your account with all your other drivers.
I don’t seem to be able to find it. Could you please advise where it could possibly be by any chance? Would I also be able to add the Spatial Audio system as I believe atm it is using a default PC audio? 🥺

Log into your main PCS account, go to tech support / download. All your drivers are in there.

Obviously you need to be logged in with the account you ordered it with.
