Keyboard stopped working

I have a PCSPECIALIST Desktop Vortex Computer running Windows 11. It was working perfectly up to a week ago when I came back from a short holiday. I switched it on to find I could not get past the lock-screen. Every time I tried CTRL-ALT-DEL there was no effect. Eventually, I found I could get in by right-clicking the mouse. However I could only access programs by using the mouse, the keyboard had no effect, and I could not even type an eMail. I know the keyboard works because I am using it now on an old machine, (Windows 10).

Some more info would help, what keyboard is it? Is it usb or wireless, Bluetooth or WiFi?

I have now bought a new keyboard but typing on it is very slow. I have to hold each key down for about 2 seconds to get a response. May have to go back to my old machine to write emails..

It shouldn't be working that way, either it's a faulty keyboard or there's something wrong with your windows installation

The spec of my computer is - Intel i5-11400 processor, 6GB Nvidia GeForce GTX Super Graphics, 16GB RAM, 512GB M2 SSD, running Windows 11. I am now unable to get into the computer at all, the new keyboard (Wireless, Bluetooth) does not type onscreen either so cannot get past the lock screen. If I click on the "I forgot my pin" it goes to the Microsoft Log in which needs a password, but first you need to enter your email which obviously is impossible! The mouse, which is also wireless, is unaffected and still works normally. The new keyboard works Ok with my iPad.

Sorry, we'd need the full specs from the order page on your main PCS account please, just copy and paste.
