Laptop doesn’t boot

Hi
My PC Specialist laptop doesn’t boot.
It powers on, but doesn’t boot. I think it is something with the BIOS. I have removed the battery and the BIOS 2032 battery too to try to reset it but the problem persists. How can I reconfigure the BIOS?

I am using Kubuntu 20.04.

I don’t know the motherboard of this model.

When was the last time you serviced it?

Are there any lights on? Do you see the PCS logo?

Never serviced before
First time this happens. I don’t see the PCS logo.
It started after I connect to external TV. It crashed and I turned off pressing the power button. After that it doesn’t start up.

If it hasn’t been serviced it will have been overheating for some time. I’d suggest an RMA, could be cpu or motherboard
