I am a DJ and my current laptop has just died. 8 year old from pcspecialist so not done bad. I was thinking of upgrading anyway.
For doing I DJ with an app called serato but I have the video add on. As I dj with music videos. Hence I was looking for a laptop with separate video card rather than on board. I assume this is the best decision. My music and video collection is about 1.5 TB so thought about a second ssd of 2 TB. I currently use an external drive but it would be better to have it on the laptop rather than via USB. I notice a lot of the laptops don't have hdmi outputs so I would have to have an adaptor from USB C.
Ideally I need a 17 inch screen. ( getting old so need the bigger graphics)
I did put together a possible option. It is around the top end of what I would want to pay. Just wondering what progress thoughts are or am I going the total wrong way.
