Laptop for movies to tv

Hi,

I bought a desktop from pc specialist in jan 2013 for music production, Cubase 7.5 etc., an absolutely top of the world pc.

I would like your advice on a laptop for my wife.

1 - She surfs the net.
2 - Watches movies with laptop connected to the tv.
3 - Sends Emails.

All very simple stuff really.
