My laptop crashes when it goes to sleep, it's really inconvenient as I've lost a lot of work as a result. I've upgraded all possible drivers to see if this fixes it. Does anybody else have this issue with this hardware:

I think I might know the problem:
there were some Ionico (the OEM is the same as Recoil 15.6") that crashed when put to standby because the system didn't stop and they overheated until the crash.
It was resolved through a BIOS update, I think you better ask directly to PCspecialist explaining your problem.

How have you updated drivers?

When you say it crashes what do you mean - does it go to a BSOD or just resets itself / turns off?
I find the machine has reset when I come back to it, I have to check the event logs to see what's gone on, some sort of failure arises when it goes to sleep and causes a reboot.

There's one warning "Bluetooth HID device either went out of range or became unresponsive."
Immediately before "The previous system shutdown at 16:45:07 on ‎11/‎04/‎2022 was unexpected."

One critical error from Kernel-Power "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

One critical error from Kernel-Power "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
That's not the cause of the error, that's just saying the system rebooted unexpectedly, that's just the fact it restarted, it's the bit preceding that that's the cause.

I have the same problem with my Recoil 15.6. When I put it to sleep for a night, I wake up to system rebooted and back to login. Tried everything with clean install included, didn't help whatsoever.
@oblivatewhiffle do you have any success resolving sleep issues?
