Laptop return repair

So my laptop is being returned tomorrow as the person who built my laptop found gpu faults through event logs. I want to make sure it gets there properly, it said make sure its packaged well and labelled? But I’ve not been told about needing to label or what should be labelled. I’ve packaged it in original boxing, so do I just hand it over to DPD as it came to me? It’s got my label on the original outer box that PCS sent with my address on so is this ok?

If it's in the original packaging it will be fine. PCS's address is Unit 12 Jubilee Business Park, Jubilee Way, Grange Moor, Wakefield, WF4 4TD. You should have been given an RMA number when you booked it in for return, ensure that this number is on the outside of the box. If you don't have an RMA number then call PCS before you hand it over to DPD and get one....
