I used Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut last time. So would you rule out any software issues, should I repaste first or do a wipe and reinstall windows?

I think you need to follow the advice of @SpyderTracks and then see how it is afterwards. If there is any possibility the CPU is overheating then that needs to be addressed first.

Late to the party but just reiterating what @SpyderTracks and @ubuysa are saying here you need to eliminate the potential CPU over heating. If you want to test the theory before you take your computer apart you could always run Cinebench and monitor your temps in HWmonitor or you could run a stress test with prime95.

I doubt this is anything to do with Clevo CC.
