LEDS not turning on

I am new to owning a PC, i have little knowledge on the hardware of it so i dont know whether or not theres a way to turn my LEDS on or if theyre not plugged in. I have an ASUS PRIME B460-PLUS with blue LEDS which arent on. There is a 4 pin connecter inside the case that isnt plugged into anything, i pressume thats the problem but i have no idea where it plugs into.

The RGB header for that motherboard is labelled 18 on this pic:

I can confirm the system you have uses an ARGB connector (that your motherboard doesn't have). As a result, all lighting should be done via the 'LED' button on the top of your case. Let me know if this works :)
