this is the specific Lian Li one O11DXL-1 Upright Display Card Kit (Vertical Graphics Card Holder for O11Dynamic XL), although other companies also make them.

So that's an additional mod that doesn't come with the case, anything like that you'd have to do yourself.

But your warranty allows you to modify or upgrade the internals as you like so long as you don't do any damage in the process.

That being said, it may be worth contacting PCS and seeing if you can send them the part for them to add to the build. But it's not something they would stock.
