Hi there! I don't believe PCS stock the non-XL at all, so sadly not.

Also have you owned an watercooled PC before/ know what you're getting yourself in for? They require a lot more care and maintenence than an aircooled PC and if you're someome that's getting into high end PC's its not something I'd recommend. These days you can also get fantastic cooling potential from an aircooled PC, and a water cooled build isn't totally necessary for peak performance. Plus, I reckon you're paying a heavy surcharge for getting a water cooled build.

If you were to go for an air-cooled PC, PCS allow you to send in your own case so if you wanted the non XL version, you'd be able to send it in if you didn't like any of the cases they have on offer. For lead times, you'll be waiting a long time. I see you have a 3080 which people who are receving them now have been waiting 90-100 working days or about 4 months. Here is a thread full of 3080 customers discussing their wait times, celebrating milestones and letting people know how long they waited, it might be worth a check of the recent few pages. For the 5900X, the Crosshair isn't necessary and the STRIX would be perfectly fine.

That said there's still a number of things I'd change about this build anyway. It'd be great to know your budget, use case and monitor(s) (make and model or resolution and refresh rate) so we're able to help you further. Also for future reference, if you're able to post the config like this (including the link) that'd make life a lot easier, thanks!

especially now with the likes of the corsair H115L capellix that offers a hassle free alternative to a watercooled build, great review here

the main reason for this build is the distro plate, and yes getting into liquid cooling more.

im good with the building of pc's have been doing for 20 years.

I'm afraid I'm not. Basically everyone on this forum is just a PC entusiast who likes to support PCS where we can so are helpng out on their forums. The staff have staff badges under their names on the left but are rarely seen here (they're all incredibly busy given the times we're in).

If you'd like to talk to PCS staff, I'd recommend calling them or keeping an eye out on the live chat feature on the configurator (they close it if it's got too busy) as emails are taking about a week to respond to so you could be waiting a while. I believe their ticket system (found on your account) is slightly quicker but you'd still be waiting a while.

On cancelling this link might help for what do do in your situation.

Best of luck on your watercooling adventures!
