position in queue 7th approx waiting time 1 minute? positition in queue 5th waiting time 1 minute? had a window open over 3 hours 20-30 mins ago no responce
We're just very busy on the phone and with emails at the moment. No excuse, so apologies for this but phone calls and emails take precedence over live support. We only have a fixed number of staff and when the phones are busy live support has to wait.
