Just like to say hi to the "community". Also to say ... just placed an order with pcs (my first with them). I've had Alienware, Wired2fire and a Beast pc in the past. Wouldn't go back with either Alienware or Beast again (bad customer service ... although Alienware may have improved now that they are with Dell ... just didnt want to risk it). Wired2fire were great (my current pc which Ive had for 3 years), but fancied trying someone new, plus pcs's prices are terrific, especially with buy now pay 12 months time :)

Cheers Dale

Welcome Dalbow, yeah PCS prices are brilliant compared to the big names, my setup though PCS cost £700 less than It would have to go with Alienware...

Enjoy your time here ;)

Heya Dalbow hope you have a great stay :) As for alienware being better under Dell thats very doubtful :) Especially with how i was treated with dell in the past with dire customer service, ive found pcspecialist very good. Following on from what sweeney has said, my setup (as stated in my sig) was nearly £2000 cheaper then alienware for its equivilent there.
